The Nine Dragons The Dragon Infirno Part Two

 Lava Dogs

It was in the morning when Loc saw dots coming from a tunnel that she arrived at. She had been circling the rocky wall since six in the morning. She had just arrived at it at seven in the morning when she saw the yellow dot in the darkness. She heard the barking echo throughout the chamber. She drew Peble and saw them coming closer and closer and closer to her. She then saw the dots increase to a few to ten then twenty then thirty. Then it went onto fourth and soon it was fifty. They ran and ran and ran. They drew closer and closer. Soon she could see that they were dogs.

She then ran and on and on. She saw bark as it dived at her. She swung her sword but it passed right through. Almost like it was passing through water. Then she collided with the ground. The next thing that she saw was the lava paw on her, burning the clothes. She saw it drive at her. She dived her head out of the way. Then she saw it dive to where her head was. She dived at her again and again and again. She quickly dived out of the way as rapidly.

She then heard screams from the village. 

She then tried to punch it but she might as well been punching a body of water.

Wish this was solid. She thought as all she could do was dodge.

Try cooling it down.

Is that even possible?

Won’t know until I try.

She then willed the lava dog to cool down. Then the yellow turned to orange. She continued again and again and the orange turned to red. Then it became stone. She put Peble away and pulled out Rock and Stone and hit it in the head. She closed her eyes as the rocks fell. She pushed the stone off and got to her feet.

She ran to the nearest dog and willed the dog to become colder and colder and colder until it was rock and hit it with a hammer. She moved onto the next one and repeated the action before moving onto the next one and the next one and the next one.

However, she saw men, women and children being attacked again and again and again. 

She charged to the village but was soon blacked by a group of ten. She dived to the middle one and cooled it down and hit it in the head. Then she was bitten by the right and left ones. Three on both sides dived upon her. She had to dive out of the way only to be bitten by the following one. She had to push past the pain as she willed the dogs to become colder and colder and colder. Then she felt the dogs violently pull away. This ripped flesh and bone from her face. She pulled and pulled against the hounds that had her arms. She had to rip her arms and muscles off as she pulled them out of their grip. 

She grabbed the heads and hit the heads. She did this again and again and again. Soon she bit the last one.

Sbe charged on to the ones at the back. She willed the nearest two to become colder and colder and colder then hit them the moment that they were rock. She moved onto the next two and the next two and the next two. 

That was when she was hit by a group at both sides. Then they snapped their jaws on both arms. She pulled and pulled against them as she did, she coolec the four hounds down. Once they were rock she slammed their heads down into the ground. She saw a group coming to her.

Then she heard the screaming dying down. She looked up as they were all on their roofs.

Good. Hounds have trouble climbing on things.

That was when she saw a group climbing on the stone walls. With some climbing on the ones beneath. This started to create a tower.

No!

She then had to return to the ones that she was fighting. She dived to the closest and cooled down two and smashed the heads.

She ran onto the next two and the next two and the next two. Then she started to feel slightly tired but she had to push herself on as she moved onto the next two and the next two. She felt the tiredness increase as she moved onto the next two and the next two.

Soon she had a clearing and ran and ran and ran and ran. She arrived at the first group and threw a stone at the ones at the top. This caused their attention to be turned to her. Then they jumped off the ones beneath. She threw a stone at another group. They all turned their attention to her.

Oh! Good! Sixteen!

She ran to the closest group and did all that she could to cool them down, making her feel more tired, she hit them as they turned to stone. She moved onto the next two and the next two. Then she started to stagger to the next two. They took longer to cool down but as she hit down her strike was sloppy. She staggered to the next two which took longer. Sbe then staggered to the next two and her strikes became sloppier and sloppier. As she moved onto the next two her eyelids started to drop and her vision became blurry. She almost fell onto the last two. She only just used the last of her energy as they became rock and passed out the moment that she hammered the heads off.
