The Nine Dragons The Dragon King Part Twenty-Five

 The Ground Battle


He dived on and looked beside her. She pulled out Rock and Stone and hit the side of the tallon that was the size of a house! This did nothing. She did it again and again and again but it did nothing. She then raced, along with several men, climbed on them and hit the tallon again and again and again and then it cracked. Then the paw was raised up and slammed down. They all collapsed on the ground.

Then she saw the blast coming. She pushed it on as far as she could as the men all raced on. They were back on the talons. Then they all raced on and on and went to stab the back of the hand again and again and again. Yet he did not even let out a grunt, no, he just looked at the group with nothing but annoyance as they stabbed away at it. Only to be raised again then some raced up again and ran as fast as they could to the ankles. Then they dug their blades into the scales as he slammed the claw down. 

They then pulled out their blades and went to slice the ankles only for Loc to see another blast of fire. Then once it was released she pushed as much of it on and on before they could slice again and again and again. Yet the next moment fire blasted the front left. Then Loc heard the screams before she could even do anything about it!

Then she saw the back left then she saw the blast of fire. She stopped it as fast as she could as the men sliced and climbed higher and sliced and sliced however it was clear that was doing nothing.

Then they were flung off like ants. When they were in the air she saw the face and then she saw the ocean of fire eclipse her vision. She stopped as much of it as she could and pushed it back; however the men, a good distance away, were immediately incinerated. Yet Pendragon kept pushing on and on and on. Yet it was soon proving too much for her. She could feel the strain within her. Yet she pushed on and on. Then the fire increased, only to reveal that his head was no longer there.

She then heard the screams coming from the back legs. Then she saw the head dive at one hundred men gobbled them all up, along with a large plot of land the size of a meteor crater like a shark eating krill. Then he swallowed. Causing her and some men to scream.

As she landed, she saw more getting eaten. Then she saw more and more. She could not help but watch in both fear and awe. She had to steel herself as she raced on and on and on. Then more of the men were scooped up and quickly stabbed the mouth again and again and again. Then he raised his head and let out a blast of fire. He soon spat out the ashes and saliva. Which landed on another group of men causing them to collapse under the pressure of the saliva hitting them!

She had to bite her lip as she could feel the tears flowing. Then she saw the next blast of fire coming at them again. She pushed it on and on and on and on. Then she was hit. She rolled and rolled and rolled. She looked back to see the arrow tail. Then she felt the blood falling from the back to the lower ankles. She then saw the fire hit the men. 

Soon she felt her body shaking. She resisted the itching as she raced on and on and on. Then she saw another blast coming. She pushed it up and the next moment she saw the head scoop up another group of men as he hit her with the back of his tail. 

She gripped her hammers as hard as she could as she flew in the air. Then she hit the wall of fire. Then pain flared up and she cried out, letting go of her hammers. It took all she could to push herself up off the inferno. She forced herself on and on and on. She could feel the pain starting to get the better of her. She had to stop but that did nothing. She looked up, knowing that was the only way out. So she ran and ran and ran and soon she rolled out of the flames. There she shook and started to cry.

Then she heard more screams. She was soon brought back to reality. She looked up to see more men on fire and others were being scooped up. Then gulped them all down. Then she saw the next blast and she pushed it back into the mouth. Yet this did nothing.

Pendragon looked around furiously. This soon caused him to look at her with what looked to be a smile. Then he let out a blast of fire at the rest of the men but she stopped the fire as much as she could as the dragon whipped several men as fast and hard as he could. Soon the bloody mess hit the ground. Then he stomped upon more and more and more like they were ants. 

He slowly headed over towards her. He saw more and more on his hands but then licked them all off and ate them. Then he jumped up and landed in front of her. Before she could do anything soon she felt his tallon in her stomach. Then she went to stab up between the tallon and the hand again and again and again but this only stung him, like a bee. She then sliced and sliced and sliced. Then the tallon became loose. Yet it did not drop but she kept it up again and again and again. Then it fell.

She put her blade away and thrust her feet underneath the hook of the tallon and pulled it off. Once it was out she fell and darkness eclipsed her as he closed his mouth…
