The Nine Dragons The Dragon King Final Part

 Dragon Bone Island


Pendragon was already dead before he crashed into the deep. His head was fully on fire and his brain was ash. Yet his body was not fully covered by water as it was the size of a continent. This caused the water to spread out leading to tsunamis throughout the nearest lands. This caused the shorelines to be permanently changed and the towns and villages to be devastated. 

The waves fell back upon the dragon corpse. Soon the blood spread throughout the ocean and seabed. This attracted the sharks nearby. Which ate away at the wings and the sections of the body that lay beneath the waves. 

Yet the rest remained above the water. This attracted the birds of the air, which ate away at the belly and the flesh in the talons. This attracted more and more types of marine and flying animals that continued to eat away at more and more of the dragon.

Yet, as time wore on, the remains swelled up and discoloured. This sent a foul stench throughout the lands that the wind carried it. Yet this led to people getting ill or leaving those lands to countries that the stench could not reach.

Then the body exploded and released gasses that poisoned the air and water around it. This caused the fish and birds to die. This spread further and further, killing more and more fish, birds and people and land animals that stayed behind in the lands near the decaying corpse.

However, as the elements got at it and ate away at the scales and flesh, pollen throughout the air gently landed upon it. Soon moss and mushrooms started growing upon it. As the scales and flesh and organs started to disintegrate by the decay, the whole dragon corpse became coated in green moss and mushrooms. Which, as the plant life died and decayed, soon caused fertile soil to coat the bones.

As time went on, it became safe for the fish, insects and birds to return to the flourishing new island. Which remained to become native to the land. This brought new pollen to the island which landed on the new land as the insects landed and the birds cleaned themselves. This caused a few flowers to start to sprout up and flowerbeds started to spread as the pollen covered the land.

After ten years, curious men, who had heard about the strange happenings of the past ten years, which had led to many myths and legends, came to the land. Yet none would ever truly guess that this was the source of those events. Nor would they guess that this was Pendragon, the dragon of the nightmares, or how he truly died. Only that it was new found land.

Upon finding out that it was rich and fertile and it had many fish and birds decided to stay. Soon this was followed by their wives and children. Soon more people were able to move to it once it was truly declared safe to live on. Soon rock and more soil coated the whole island as farmers were able to plant crops and fishermen were able to fish plentifully there.

Homes were built and dotted throughout the land. This increased as generations went on. They soon called this land Dragonbone. Yet as time went on none ever knew nor would ever know how it formed.

 The Army Against The Last  Loc had a light nap before waking up to see the fakegels, a name she had come up with after the fight and handed the second borns over to the rest of the first borns. She could see the men also taking a light nap, just like she was. Yet she knew that she did not have time to wake them. So she pulled out her sword as she could not be bothered to get Rock and Stone.  The Rock Dragon  Loc and the other two arrived at where the rock dragon lay. It looked at them with glowing amber eyes and had the shape of a turtle that was large.
