The Sorrowful Rebel Revelation Of The Rebel Final Part
Survivor
Loc woke up. She soon looked around to see that she was in a black room. She felt a pain in her chest. She also felt herself hanging. She moved slowly to the right. She spotted that there was a single windowless door there as the only source of light being the thin line where the gap was. She tried to stand but her feet could not even touch the floor. She looked to the left and right to see that her wrists were bound to the wall by chains made of a crimson metal.
She then heard the soft hiss of a large body of water coming from beneath her where she felt the ice cold wind coming from beneath her. She looked down to see that there was a body of water below her. In front of her was a gridded floor. Where she could see the water underneath.
She then suddenly felt hungry. This told her that it was in the afternoon. She could also notice that she felt tired which meant that it was some time in the light. She looked for more clues around her as to where she was. She could feel the heat coming at her. She looked down to see that below and noticed that was the way out. Although she thought about it and knew that it would be a long fall, a fall that would normally kill her or cause her a great deal of damage. She closed her eyes and could hear the low hissing sound, like a snake, yet it was too soft to be one. Unless the snakes of this world hissed like that.
So this must be a base in the middle of the water. After all, I know that if it was shallower water the one to fall would still have a chance to escape. Yet if it was deep, like in the middle of the ocean, then anyone here would not have even a chance of survival.
Well, when you're immortal like me that would be of no consequence.
So she knew that was going to be the way out. Now, all that remained was how to get free of the cuffs. She knew that she could not just pull in. After all, she could feel that her muscles were too weak and shaky for that.
She then heard voices coming from the door. She looked at the door as they became louder and louder. She knew that she would have to prepare herself for what was to come. Then the door opened. Her eyes met the red glowing eyes of Wolf Raven.
"Ahh! You're awake, good!"
"What do you want?"
"My energy meal! After all, by now you should know that I feast upon the life force of others." He said as he walked close to her. "And as you're immortal, it makes you quite the feast!"
"Anything else? After all, I am getting bored."
"Oh yeah!" He said almost as if she had reminded him of something.
He then pulled out a pendant and showed it to her.
"Do you know what this is?"
"I would do if you turned on the lights." She retorted sarcastically.
Suddenly the room flooded with red light. She looked up and suddenly she saw the black shard. Suddenly her mind flicked over all the books that she had read. Then it hit her.
"That's a piece of the Reality Sphere!" She exclaimed.
This confirmed all his words. His eyes widened.
"Yes, yes it is. This is the one that the one known as Reho broke to break the soul of a witch and sealed them away in a set of triplets. You know, he too showed a great deal of promise too. Although too bad that young man was dead set on defeating that witch. I would've liked to have a great deal of fun with him."
"How would you know that?"
"I was able to use old powers to learn of its history, including the fact that it even travelled back in time before it came to this world." He said as he put it around her neck.
"And why are you giving me this? Are you trying to give me a way out?"
He chuckled.
"Just the opposite. See, in order to activate a shard and move onto the next world, a certain condition must be met."
"And that is?"
He smiled.
"As if I'm going to tell you!"
Then she started to feel weaker and weaker. She could hear her heartbeat in her ears. Then she heard it becoming slower and slower. Her vision blurred and her eyelids dropped. She could feel herself slipping away again and she dropped into unconsciousness.
He left her once he had had his feast. When she woke up a woman fed her a cube tasting like vinegar and mushrooms and cheese that was far too strong. This, she knew, would only keep her going but not enough to give her any real strength.
Yet when she left, she flipped her legs back and on the wall. She started to pull and pull and pull. She pulled until her wrists bled and she could pull no more. Then she felt her body drop and pain entered her arms and shoulders as she hung there. By that time she had to sleep. She was soon woken up and was fed again.
Then Wolf Raven came back to her.
"I hope that you had a good sleep."
"How can I?"
He chuckled.
"You know I might as well tell you." He said, stroking her. "But you won't like it!"
"What?" She moaned.
"You have to kill me, after all, I am this world's evil stronghold."
"And what has that got to do with anything?"
He chuckled and soon he fed upon her again. She woke up and she fed upon her again before he left. At night she pulled and pulled and pulled. This caused her wrists to bleed yet she pushed herself further and further on. This she did say in, day out. Over and over and over, she tried to count the days but that became impossible as they blurred together. She did this again and again and again. Then the chains finally broke.
She fell into the gridded floor. Then the one that fed her came in. She dived at her and hit her as hard as she could against the wall. She took her keys and freed her wrists from the cuffs. She then tightened the pendant around her neck. She walked to the hole, keeping hold of the chains to make up for her lost weight. She closed her eyes, not even wanting to allow to think, she jumped. She fell into the darkness below. Then landed with a splash into the water below.
