Strena Powerless Part Three

 The Power Of Kitsuné Ryu 

They were about to go back to the ship when Strena felt Kitsuné Ryu switch with her. Her head raised as a smile spread across her face painfully wide. She could feel him cause her heartbeat to increase with excitement as she felt a wild surge of the dark joy that Dark Lady Grasharlo brought out of her.

“Well Wolfox! Did you like what I made the precious little niece of that host of yours do?” He sneered in a painfully high pitched voice.

That was when Zaryb turned back to him. He too had that very same smile on him.

What are you going to do? You’re not going to make me kill him too, are you? She thought, feeling her heart sink. Please no. My daddy and grandparents have hurt him enough. Don’t let me add to that.

That was when his laughter flooded her head again. That was when she felt him bring the memory of Roqaur to her mind.

“Didn’t he want that? Doesn’t he want you to kill him?”

But-

“Why? Are you challenging me, little old fox dragon?”

“Is there any other time to do this?”

Soon, before anyone could do anything the two dived at each other and thrust the fists into the other’s cheekbones. Quickly, Kitsuné Ryu flicked Strena’s foot into his gut. Then he used her foot to jump and flung Strena’s other foot into his face. Then she landed like a fox and bounced into his head and slammed her head into his.

Uncle Zaryb!

“Ha, ha! You-oo can’t he-elp him!”

Wolfox landed. He looked at him laughing with blood dripping from his nose and temple. He licked it and dived up and flung his tiny daggers at her. He pushed her body to the side, moving out of the way like a bird in flight. Yet her body stayed in the air for a moment. The next thing she felt a fist into her face and she rolled in the sand. He then rolled her body up and whipped out her arms as he stepped in the air. That was when she saw several fireballs coming at him.

That was when she felt a painful fire come up her throat and out of her mouth and he blasted the fireballs down, turning the sand I took glass. That was when she saw more and Kitsuné Ryu stretched out her hand and slipped and the fire he released spread out and blocked them too. Then she was hit in the left and she was flung into the sand.

He laughed like a fox.

“Is that all you can do Wolfox?” He used her lips to snear.

Then she felt her hand go back and then flung it on. The water of the ocean rushed to him. He dived to the right. He drew her hand back and another wave came at him. Then he clasped her hands together and the water collapsed into Zaryb!

Uncle Zaryb!

That was when the water boiled until the water evaporated and two fireballs came flying at her. All she could do was be in awe and fear as the sand came up in front of her. The next moment she saw the fireballs fly through and Kitsuné Ryu flung some water in front of her. He laughed as he dived back and then she felt another blast of fire flung out of her mouth and hit the two fireballs. Then the sand and pebbles rose up and flung at Wolfox as he blocked each one of them as fast as lightning then dived up faster than a lightning bolt. Then he went to fire another wave of fireballs at her. Yet he flew up higher. She looked down to see another coming at her and he hit.

Then she saw her body fall. Her hand was raised and flung down. To her horror there was a wave of ice stakes falling down upon her uncle!

No! Look up! Uncle! Look up! She tried to scream but her words failed to reach her lips. 

Then the first hit the back of his shoulder. He looked up and just about dived out of the way. He looked up as more stakes fell. But these ones were made of stone. He only just managed to dive out of the way as the staked broke upon impact with the pebbles on the beach. He then flung out several tiny daggers at her. She saw them and tried to keep them coming at her with all her will. Yet she felt like her magic was blocked as she felt a surge rise with her. Yet it was as if something was pushing back as she felt one get her in the leg.

Yet even though she felt the pain, it was not as bad as it usually did.

Then they dropped a s she came close to him. Only to pull out Darkector and he dived back and she saw the tiny daggers. He used her arm to swipe each and every one of them. 

“Yes! This is good! This is a good host! Come on! Come on!”

He charged on as more came at her. He was able to block them too faster than her eye could see. That was when her body reached Zaryb and he went to stab her and she went to stab him in the heart and both were about to strike until Cerpheres wrapped his arms around her and pushed him away.

He looked up as he licked his, lips his face as scarlet as a tomato and kissed her in the temple. But she could see fury in his eyes almost like he was reminding himself of something.

“Please, stop. You dare go on, and I will kill you!” He spoke almost like both his voices were speaking at the same time.

He looked at Wolfox.

“Both of you. And you both know how little I will be able to restrain myself.” He felt his arms tightening.

He had the look of mischief and rage in his strange eyes that was amber and emerald this time.

“Honestly, I really did love that fight! I really did! It was such a-” 

He laughed as he took a glance at Chashathrophogh.

“Chashy wouldn’t like me to say as the girl is listening.” He spoke as his arms tightened again. This made it difficult to breathe as he calmed down. “But this girl has so, so much greatness within her and I will not let you mischievous little fox dragon crush it. No, not when that’s what I wanna do once it starts to fade.”

Her body relaxed as Wolfox changed back.

“Have it your way, my dear Prince Captain! After all, I’ve had my little bit of fun. Although, I would much prefer to fight my old little Wolfox when we’re not pinned to these meat robes!”

The next moment she felt her body return to her.

“Uncle Zaryb!” She whispered against the pain.

He placed a hand on her throat.

“He will be fine.”

She smiled and nodded, sleeping in his arms, almost like she was in the arms of her mother.
