The Nine Dragons The Serpent Dragon Part Six

 The Cobra Army


Once Loc had left the room that made the snake creatures she walked to the stairs. She looked up to see a serpent creature with the head of a cobra. It then hissed and struck down. She blocked the teeth and drove it up as he went to punch down as she kicked it in its stomach. It fell and she was able to slice the head off. 

She ran on until she saw another one coming. It swung to the right. She ducked and it hit the wall next to her, hitting her with rubble. She pushed the speir up and into the skull. She moved to the side as she pulled it out as the creature fell by her side before she ran on. She met another cobra creature. It struck in front of her. She sucked and, as she drove her blade up, it drove it's blade down. Their blades met. She took a step forward and let the tension build before she drove her palm into the stomach causing him to collide with a sharp stone step with a crack. 

She rushed on and she saw the next blade she threw her blade into the left hand and stabbed the head before she had the chance to see who it was. She pulled her blade out and, as it fell she ran on and, as it fell, she ran on and on. She then saw another one coming at her. She jumped up and slashed the throat before she saw anything else. She pulled at a rope to the right and landed on the step above. 

She ran on and came to the first floor. There she saw an army of the Cobra creatures. She ran on to the nearest group. She slashed the head off of the first four before they had the chance to see her. Then she dived to the ones to the right but one blocked her. Then it drew its head back and a purple liquid flung out from the mouth. Quickly she closed her eyes. Then she felt the burning on her forehead. She used the tension to push it to the side as she felt her wrist being punched and she dropped the speir. Which gave her the opening to punch it in the gut. She moved it up and sliced the head off.

Then she opened her eyes again only for her right eye to be struck. She screamed as she felt it burn into her. She closed it and slashed where it came from. Yet the itching inflamed the right half of her face and forehead as it healed. She has to resist the usual urge to itch as she pushed her blade into the head of the next one. Then as she slashed that one she saw the purple droplets right before they hit her good eye.

Knowing that she could do nothing else, she slashed her blade in front of her like a dog wagging his tail. She felt two fangs in her side. She stabbed down and they fell away. She then heard something to the left as her side flared up like there was fire in her veins. She, quickly, slashed to her left and something dropped as she heard something to her right. As he slashed there she felt her blood becoming thick and sticky. She then slashed to the left the moment she heard something there. She did the same to the right. Then she felt another bite to her right this time. She plunged her sword down and into the head. 

Soon fire was flaring up from that area. Yet soon she felt like there were worms inside her veins, making it harder for the blood to be pumped freely through them. This put a terrible strain on her rapidly beating heart.

She stabbed another and another, blindly, she ran on. She stabbed the first thing that she collided with. Then pulled it out. She heard another nearby and she stabbed that. She ran on and heard a hiss and slashed where it came from. Then she felt the breath on her cheek before and stabbed the direction as it breathed in.

Then her body started to develop pins and needles all over. She then broke out in a coughing fit. Then she felt the worms growing in her veins and she lost feeling there. Yet the more she felt this the more she coughed and her head started to feel light.

What’s happening to me? What on Merth is going on inside my body?

She was able to slash another before her body became numb. Then as she slashed another one and another one her blade fell. This was soon followed by her hand and arm then her body. She let out a grunt as she collided with the ground.

She was soon feeling the fangs of those cobras all over her body. Her heart beat so hard that it started to ache. There was a pounding in her head. It soon became painful as she lost more and more feeling throughout her body. The only thing that she felt was pain.

She was utterly helpless as she felt her body rising. The next thing she felt herself suffocating as her body moved down the body of one of the cobras. She felt the teeth dug into her body as she passed down further and further. Her body became wrapped in the warm flesh.

Then she started to feel itchy all around her. Then her whole body became itchier and itchier. It became so itchy that she could no longer bear it. She opened her eyes and saw that she was covered in a strange slimy substance. She started to feel her body again, this was followed by movement. 

She thrust her fist out of the fleshy scale and pushed herself out. She rolled as she landed. She saw her blade ahead. She went to run to it but a cobra dived at her. It went to strike her. She dodged and punched up. The head and neck wrapped itself around her arm. She drove her hand into the mouth and pulled out the tongue. When the head retracted she punched up in the skull again and again and again until the grey matter became like scrambled eggs. She ran on further to the blade and picked it up.

She turned to the rest covered in the slimy mucus and blood. Then she ran to them and slashed from left and right as fast as she could. She then ran to the left group and mowed down three before they had the time to even think anoytehat they were seeing. Then she dived to.the right again and slashed four more.

“How?” One asked before she beheaded it.

“How are you even alive?” Asked another before she slashed the head off.

She smiled.

It’s because I’m immortal!

Soon she ran on and on and sliced more heads off. She saw another group driving at her. She drove her blade down. The moment that she saw the droplets she dived out of the way. When they were out of the way, she propelled herself forward and sliced the heads of more with one flick.

It was at this moment that she could feel herself getting tired, yet she had to push herself on. She dived to another and sliced the heads off more and more. Yet as the tiredness increased she noticed that they had decreased. So she pushed on and on until the last one fell and she did not give in. When it finally finally fell, she collapsed and took her break.

  The Boa Army Loc was working hard in the field. It was getting to evening time. She had found that she liked working there as a farmer. There was just something so satisfying in doing hard work and made the food taste better and she slept better too. She could see herself doing this for the rest of her life however long that would be, yet she knew that she could not. Regardless of how much she liked the village and the people there. She had noticed that the people there looked almost like the people in her world just without any pupils and they were weaker too. She also noticed that despite this, they were all hard working and nothing was eaten until they had done their work. During this time she had completely recovered her whole energy and strength from all of the battles that she had on that day.  The Purple Monster  “Why?” “Open the book and put all of the other Purple Artefacts into the page that it fits.” Doormaze nodded as she opened the book.
