 The Portal To The Next Island 


Loc woke up the next day she saw Surpenti’s lifeless body. She dragged it as she walked through the castle and after an hour was able to get to the doors. She suddenly noticed just how empty the place was now that the armies were all gone. Once they were outside she lit a spark and burnt the dragon’s corpse. She stayed there until it was nothing but ash that remained.

She turned around and looked at the castle. Wanting to take a break, she decided to stay in the castle for a week. There she read all the books in the library before going on to wandering around the castle to find the portals that lead to the next dragon. She remembered reading that the portal was in the courtyard. She climbed down the stairs and walked out to see a lime green pool. To her utter shock, the pool was the size of a large lake! It was in the shape of a circle with a silver ring going around it with purple glowing runes in the centre of each tile.

Why is this portal so big? She wondered as she looked at it.

However, the moment she thought about it, suddenly she did not want to know the answer. So she walked back to the castle and packed her things and some long lasting food. The next thing that she noticed was that there were suits of armour all around her. She, after hours, found one that fit her and did not hold her back. Yet, despite this, she found it difficult to breathe as the chart plate constricted her breath. So she found a hammer and hammered a cup into it so that it fit her breast.

Once she knew that she was ready, she walked into the next pool and with a flash she moved on.

  The Boa Army Loc was working hard in the field. It was getting to evening time. She had found that she liked working there as a farmer. There was just something so satisfying in doing hard work and made the food taste better and she slept better too. She could see herself doing this for the rest of her life however long that would be, yet she knew that she could not. Regardless of how much she liked the village and the people there. She had noticed that the people there looked almost like the people in her world just without any pupils and they were weaker too. She also noticed that despite this, they were all hard working and nothing was eaten until they had done their work. During this time she had completely recovered her whole energy and strength from all of the battles that she had on that day.  The Purple Monster  “Why?” “Open the book and put all of the other Purple Artefacts into the page that it fits.” Doormaze nodded as she opened the book.
