 The Silent Strike


Loc took a look at Ryu and then at Shiro. Their eyes met and she walked towards him.

“What are you going to do?” She asked, nodding towards Shiro.

“Make sure he gets through this fight.”

She looked at him and nodded.

“Right, do you know what to expect?”

“Yes. First the army’s generals then the dragon.”

He nodded. Yet as they walked on to the next chamber they soon came to the first. It was a rock man yet it was bigger than the rest and had the physique of a well built man.

The moment that he spotted them he charged at them. His fist came to Loc. She hit the knuckle with her hammer. This did nothing. So she jumped and pushed herself up from one arm. Then she felt the arm move up and just as she was about to hit the head she was grabbed from behind. She then looked back and hit the thumb. This did nothing. So she hit it again and again and again until she saw a crack. So she hammered and hammered. Then it let her go. She reached out her hand and pulled herself up. She looked down as Ryu and Shiro hit the legs. She looked up and saw the other hand. She jumped out of the way and the arm reseeded her she pulled herself up and then dived towards the head and hit it. But, again, this did not work. So she did this again and again and again but still nothing. Then she looked down to see that the exes were getting through.

“Shiro!” She called as she pulled him up.

“What?”

But before she could do anything the rock man general spun and this sent them all flying away. He then turned to Loc.

“So, you’re the leader?” He spoke as he charged towards her and then thrust his fist down upon her. She dodged. He hit again. She dodged. He hit her again. She dodged only for her head to collide with the other fist. Then she felt the other one hit her. She felt another and another and another. She felt pain and itchiness in her head and iron in her mouth. Soon she became dizzy.

Then Ryu hit the arm. He did this again and again and again but even he was whacked away from her. Then she saw the fist coming towards her. She dodged out of the way, hammering the rock giant beside her.

Once the dizziness wore off Ryu was by her side. Together they raced and jumped upon the arm. They ran to the head and Ryu hit the head with his axe. Then she hit the other top of the axe and it dug in deeply. She did this again and again and again and again and then they broke though.

Then they fell on top of each other as the rock man general fell. They then looked around as she suddenly became hot in the face. Yet they looked at each other and, for some reason, they started laughing.

“What’s so funny?”

“I don’t know.”

“Me neither!”

They then laughed and laughed. When they had gotten over it they set up camp. Soon tiredness overcame them and, after finding a good spot to hide, they fell asleep.

When they woke they knew, after a good meal, that they were ready for the next one. Yet they all knew that they were as able as they could be. So they left their hiding place. They walked on and on, knowing that they would have to conservative their energy. They would need all of it for the next battle.

They soon sqe the foot of the rock giant which was the size of Loc’s body! She then looked up and spotted that the rock giant general was the size of two rock giants! She then looked at Ryu. Yetvhe ran to her.

“Get on my back.”

“What’s your plan?”

“Hit the leg as we climb.”

“She nodded, impressed. Yet even though her cheeks became hot, she climbed onto his back, keeping as much control over herself as she could.

“In that case,give the axe to me. That way, you can focus on only climbing. Also, Shiro, either hide or keep his attention off us.”

He nodded as he found a rock to hide behind. He gave her his axe. When he reached the ankle she hit it as hard as she could. Then hit it with Rock. This left a crack. He looks back at her.

“Time to climb. Are you ready?”

“Yes.”

He then reached out and climbed up the crack. She hit to the left of the crack and hit it with Rock again. This caused another crack which soon joined with the one below. She hit to the right which caused a wider crack. Then he climbed on and she repeated the action causing the crack to become longer. Then he climbed on further and she did it again. They did this again and again and again and again. They did this until they reached the kneecap.

This was when they felt the leg being raised. Yet they knew that they had to continue. However, upon seeing that they were about to be thrown off, Loc struck down. This caused all the cracks to join from the top to the bottom. Then they were thrown off.

Quickly, Loc pulled Ryu up and tried to cover him with her body. They hit the wall behind. Then she saw the large fist coming. She let go of him and pushed him into the wall of the cave with her legs as she flicked up the axe and hammered it I to his middle finger as hard as she could the moment that it reached her. She then felt the fist crush her like a bug and pinned there. She used the axe to scratch the rock. Yet she had to do it slowly. Even though she wanted to go faster it was the pain slowing her down. She had to do this until the first pulled away. She looked up and hit the rock above her. She used the axe to pull herself higher and higher. Then Ryu climbed up on her back as they raced to the head.

Then Ryu pulled out another axe and they hit the top of the head. That was when she hit the ends with Rock and Stone again and again and again and again. Then the rock giant fell.

They then had no time to relax as there was no time to relax as they saw the large stone wolf above them. It snapped it’s jaws around her and that was when Shiro died out and smashed the head with all the power he had. It slipped off.

  Hunter’s Defence  Scar opened her eyes. She then walked down the stairs. She slowly took out her homework, just to take her mind off the day before she started doing it.  Defending The Town  It was nearly an hour after sunrise when Loc saw the army on the far end of the tunnel. She looked back at Gina. She nodded and gave her a couple of coins with a dragon head on. “There’s a weapon’s shop at the edge.” Loc gave her the basket and ran to it. “Doyouhavammer!” “What?” “Do you have a hammer?” “Yes.” She gave him the coins. Yet then he looked at her eyes and his widened. “That’s enough for two.” He took them and took out two large hammers. She took them.  The Rock Dragon  Loc and the other two arrived at where the rock dragon lay. It looked at them with glowing amber eyes and had the shape of a turtle that was large. It had a head the shape of a wolf and had a long tail with four rows of spikes shaping an X at the tip. It had a pair of wings tucked away, yet the body had become too large to fly. It may have been able to fly once upon a time, but not now. After years of being glutinous, it had grown too heavy for it’s body.
