Bounty Hunter Bash Isle Heat Lock Part Six

 Sunburnt Side Effects 

They had been walking for over an hour and the heating and the heat had been beating down upon Bash, Chashathrophogh and Cerpheres hard. Their faces had become scarlet and flaky. Their skin felt hot yet their bodies inside felt cold as ice. They were coated in sweat and as they went on, soon became drenched in it.

“Are you alright?” Leonardo asked.

Chashathrophogh shook his head.

“Do you?”

He looked up at him along with Bash with determination in their eyes. Yet he, for some reason, felt fearful for his life if he continued to pry. So he dropped it.

“Chash’, we need to get you out of the sun!”

“Shut up! I can still make it too!”

That was when his face changed to that of a sneer.

“If you say so! Although, if you die then I will have him all to myself!”

That was when Strena's face changed too.

“Not so fast! We’ll both die if that happens!”

He shrugged passively as he pulled out his tiny daggers. She pulled out some of her own.

“Come on! It’s been forever since we fought!”

“I agree!”

They were about to meet until Bash threw up. Her uncle looked at her in shock and placed a hand on her back. That was when he took a glance at Cerpheres as he too vomited. His eyes widened.

He looked to the side realising he too was about to vomit. He kept his lips shut as it took all that he had within him to stop it coming up. Yet he took both of them by their chests and looked on and felt the feeling build.

“Let’s get on!” He panted.

So they all walked on and on. Yet as he continued on and on, he felt a terrible headache. Yet he pushed himself on and on. He could feel dizzy but he pushed himself on and on and on. He felt tireder and tireder and his throat became dry and cold. Yet his nausea became worse and worse. Soon his determination alone was keeping them going. Yet he knew that he would not be able to keep himself going any longer. Yet it took all that he had to push himself on and on and on.

That was when he saw water ahead. Quickly he ran on and on and on keeping his hand on Bash as hard as he could. Yet he soon came to the spot and saw nothing but sand! He looked around.

“Wh-where is the water? Where is the water?” He repeated before it was his turn to throw up.

He looked and as his head spun and he could do nothing but collapse after that. Yet he desperately kept his eyes open as he pulled both on and on and on. Yet he saw another pool ahead. He climbed on the ground as he got to it only to see that that too was nothing but sand. At this he frowned as he looked around.

Where -

Of course. It was never there!

That was when he saw another one and he let out a huff as he knew that he had no choice but to see what it was. So he did only to see that it was the sea! Quickly he bunker their heads and his own before passing out.

When he woke, he saw the mouth of the cave.

“Should we go?”

“As long as it gets us out of this Demon Realm Destined sun!”
