Sacrifice Escape Part Two

 

Jan opened her eyes and she slowly slid out of bed. She took a few steps and when the king and queen found out that their daughter was awake they soon rushed to her side. They soon wrapped their arms around her. They soon kissed her. 

"How long was I asleep?" She asked.

They looked at each other slightly afraid.

"You have been asleep for over eleven years. You are twenty one." The king said.

Her eyes widened as a man barged in. He was extraordinarily obiece and his golden locks were greasy and terribly unkept and unwashed. His face was covered in greasy sweat and his nose was bunged up with green mucus. 

"Oh is she awake?" He snapped with a snobbish and entitled tone to his voice.

"Yes Prince Vercy."

"Has she been made aware of her position?"

"What position?"

The king let out a sigh.

"As you were asleep he did not know if you were to wake. So, for the good of your kingdom you are to be my wife!" He said, folding his arms like a child. 

She frowned.

"Look we will tell you all about it once you-"

"Three days! We are to marry in three days!"

He let out a sigh.

"Please, just allow her some time to recover."

He looked down with a frown and a curled lip.

"No. I want her in three days! That wizard-"

"Prince Vercy, a moment please! These will be the last days so please let us spend time with our daughter. You can spend all the time later!" The queen pleaded.

"Fine." He moaned as he left.

They spent the rest of the day together. Yet after the feast she walked down the corridor and heard Prince Vercy arguing with someone in his room.

"She was supposed to wake after the wedding! Why is she awake now?" He shouted.

"Look! That dream of hers was supposed to last for years! I do not know how she woke!" Said the voice that had put her to sleep all those years ago.

She soon ran to her parents.

"They're in it together!" She said.

"What?"

"The wizard and that prince are working together."

"What wizard that put me to sleep." She panted.

The queen placed a hand on her shoulder.

"Look I know that you are most unsettled by the fact that you are to marry such a...special prince, but to lie-"

"But I'm not! He is working with that wizard!"

"But it does not matter! His kingdom has us by the ropes! You have to marry him or this kingdom will fall to his!" 

She looked down and nodded. She knew what she had to do before she did it. She stole a sword and killed both the wizard and the prince in their sleep. She soon realised that her parents would be blamed for this so she took all the food that she needed and fled the kingdom. She made a long journey to a random kingdom far, far away from her old kingdom she became a farmer called Hanna. There, she found a man her age and married him yet not until the day she died, none knew who she really was...

  The Boa Army Loc was working hard in the field. It was getting to evening time. She had found that she liked working there as a farmer. There was just something so satisfying in doing hard work and made the food taste better and she slept better too.  The Purple Monster  “Why?” “Open the book and put all of the other Purple Artefacts into the page that it fits.” Doormaze nodded as she opened the book. On the first page as a hole where she put the Purple Purl in. The page glowed and for a moment. When the glowing died down the purl was in the page, almost like a picture. She then turned another page. There was another hole with a flower hole in. She then placed the Purple Flower in. It glowed and soon the flower was in the book.
