Bounty Hunter Bash Unlocked Part Nine

 Invitation To The Ice Land 

Two days after this event they were traveling further and further to the sasquatch terrains. Yet they knew that it would not be very easy. After all, they had the head start and, somehow, they were able to teleport.

“How do you vanish like that?”

“Hard. You have to be exceptionally powerful to do that. Nor can you get that far. I tried it once and I had to sleep like a baby for two whole days!”

Bash nodded.

“And how far can you?”

“Three miles. Now, that had me out for a week!”

Her eyes narrowed.

“How far do you think that they have been able to?”

“I don’t know. But I do know that it’s rather a long distance!”

“Do you think that they get tired?”

“No.”

That was when they saw six crows flapping in the air. Yet there were envelopes in their talons. They cawed noisily as they came closer and closer.

“Why is a murder coming to us?” Leonardo asked.

“I don’t know.”

“Wonder who they are from?”

That was when they landed on the ground in front of them. They frowned as they picked up a black envelope each. They turned the envelope over to reveal a silver and gold sealing with the crest of a gate that had bars that looked like stakes. At both ends were crows with their wings touching, holding a snake in their claws with an X on the centre of a D.

“Father, dear!”

Before they could say anything, he opened it.

Dear Troublesome Son

I know that you and your friends 

have been chasing both me and my

favourite daughter for three years

now, I know that you know about the

potion that we are making.

So, I thought that it would be a

good idea to test all of you. Just to

see how far you all have come for my

and my favourite daughter’s 

amusement.

At this moment he vanished! The rest looked at each other in alarm.

“Where did he go?”

“Who knows? And who cares?”

“Well, he is our only White Mage.”

“We can get another! And one that doesn't spend his time undressing the rest of us with his eyes pleasing himself on how he will kill us once we reach the peak of our greatness! AHH even I’m saying it like that!”

“And doesn’t follow us around just to see said greatness!”

“And will kill you once that said greatness fades either!”

“So what-”

Leonardo opened his letter.

“Why are you-”

He looked down.

Dear Leonardo Micheal

I know how you came upon your new 

friends. I know that you are enjoying 

yourself a d have been helping my enemies

and have chosen to fight both me and

my daughter.

So I will give you a choice, after reading 

this, you have forty four seconds to rip

this letter up. If not then you shall share

in your new friend’s date.

From Dark Lord 

Gajellidor Darcrogh

Forty five seconds later, he too vanished. Then Zaryb opened his letter.

Dear Zaryb Zuvé

I know what you want and I will give

it took you. All you need to do is do 

nothing. I hope to see you in a moment.

Dark Lord

He narrowed his eyes.

“What is this?” He asked.

“What is-”

Zaryb vanished before their very eyes!

“Uncle Zaryb?” Strena yelled.

Quickly Bash opened her envelope.

Dear Princess Drew McDragonfree

Bash! She snapped, her eyes narrowing.

I know how much you have been wanting to

kill me and drew yourself and your evil Uncle 

Chashathrophogh, and avenge your poor, poor

late father(what was his name again?) and

your baby brother. (Another name that keeps

escaping me)

So I am bringing all of you to another failure.

Along with another defeat.

Soon she vanished. The next moment she was in a field of ice. Then she saw the other three.

“Where are we?”

“The sasquatch territory closest to us.”

“Why would he-”

“Where are we?”

“Sasquatch territory.”

“Why would he bring us here?”

“To prove a point.” Spoke Cerpheres in Chashathrophogh’s ear.

Immediately he slashed at the guy in alarm. Yet he dodged out of the way with a hum of a tune and ended in a chuckle. He then slashed and smashed, he dodged left, right, left and right again. Bash pulled out her bow.

“Bash!” Zaryb called.

She felt the hands on her shoulder.

“Are you sure that that’s a good idea?” Dark Lady Grasharlo muttered in her ear.

She whipped back and fired an arrow with a scream. Oy for the arrow to be caught.

“What a cute scream!” She commented.

Then she loaded more and more arrows. The next moment Grasharlo dropped the quiver.

“Don’t you know that you are to think before your opening move?” She sang, reminding her of Cerpheres for a moment, as she tapped the scar that she had made on her chest.

And looked down and willed the snow beneath to start to boil. Seeing this she dived out of the way. And did this again and again and again until she was hit by a ball of ice. Then she saw another ball of ice and another and another. She threw fire at each and every ball. She saw another group and she was able to block that one and the one after that. 

Then she saw a hand pull her back. Then she heard an explosion above her. This was followed by a shadow. She looked up to see a shower of ice and rocks. She flung out a blast of fire at the mixture and the rocks hit around her. She saw another and rolled forward.

She saw Chashathrophogh dug his foot into his stomach. Then he went to slash at his face, only for him to dodge out of the way. Just as he flicked out his palm into his stomach and suddenly electricity flooded his entire body. He cried out of pain.

“Chashathrophogh!” She called.

“Don’t worry about him!”

Suddenly she felt her hand around her neck and soon pain flooded her systems too. She screamed out in pain.

Zaryb then threw tiny daggers at her. She just about stopped them as one hit the side. At this his jaw dropped with a slight smile flicked out one more from his mouth. Then he threw more and more and more at her as Bash sent fire ball after fire ball at her. She was hit again.

Meanwhile Strena stabbed Dark Lord Gajellidor in the side. Cerpheres let out a moan. Leonardo frowned at his red cheeks.

“Really Cerpheres!”

“Are you alright?”

“Yes.”

“Are you going to help them?”

“Ooohhh noo!” He sang lazily, licking his lips. “Not when the fun is about to happen!”

Suddenly Leonardo did not want to be anywhere near the man. So he ran on and on and pulled out black oil and threw it at the Dark Lord and he squinted. He looked down with a frown as he threw another vial of oil at him. He raised his eyes mockingly. That was when he scooped up the snow and threw several snowballs at him, which made him laugh. 

Then Bash sent fire balls at him and it was deflected as the flames hit the oil. Suddenly fire flared up. Then she sent fire ball after fire ball as he threw snowball after snowball. This caused the fire to flare up and the snow made the fire rise higher. 

Then he gathered all the fire into one hand then went to fire it at Leonardo. He dodged and Strena broke through the flames and went to slash at him. He flung out his hand at her neck. She dived back then went to fling a ball of fire at him. He spun and whipped out his hand and it reached her neck. Before he could do anything she slashed Darkector at him. He grabbed her wrist and soon she flung her leg into his face. He dodged and pain flared up. That was when Cerpheres sent a blast of pink fire at the legs. This caused the ice beneath his feet to melt. This was followed by him sending a powerful gust of wind at him, blasting him back and Strena dropped panting.

“Are you alright?”

He looked at her as her face changed to the cruel one. Then she charged at him. He hopped up to see the sasquatch’s eyes. Then Dark Lord Gajellidor Darcrogh saw them too and smiled as Kitsuné Ryu hit the back of his hand. He spun and hit the back of her neck.

Meanwhile Bash and Zaryb went to punch Grasharlo. She caught them both and sent pain throughout their body. Leonardo looked back and charged at them then he threw the oil at her. Bash set it alight. She screeched as the fire spread. She quickly put it out as she looked at Leonardo.

“I’m going to make you pay for that!” She snapped, diving to him and pulled him in. “And it’s such a good thing that you’re so handsome!”

She pulled him in and their lips locked as suddenly he felt weak. He tried to pull back but he could not as he felt her deepen the kiss. He could feel his energy being sucked out of him. He could feel his heartbeat becoming fast but then it slowed. That was when a blast hit her and Leonardo staggered back, coughing and looking ill as he fell. His eyes blinked as he painted.

Then Bash dived at her.

“Are you alright?”

He nodded. Then shook his head.

“I feel…weakened by that…kiss.” He whispered as his eyes rolled and he threw up.

“Now you!”

She shoved her lips to Zaryb but Bash hit her with a blast. She dived back and looked at her with anger. Yet she put a smile on. Then sent a blast of darkness at her and she dodged out of the way as she fired a flame ripped arrow at her. She grabbed the arrow and flipped the arrow and willed it at her and both heard a roar causing them to jump.

They looked back at the fallen body of the sasquatch. And looked to see Chashathrophogh and Strena falling. She raced over to see if they were still alive. Then she felt pain throughout her body and her vision went black for a moment. Then her mind was flooded with the dead bodies of her father and baby brother causing her to let out a scream. 

When her vision returned to her she saw the hand that took their lives at her chest. The next moment pain flooded her body. Then his other hand went to her throat. Then she felt him squeeze slightly. He pulled her in and she kicked and kicked. She used all her might to hit his loins and the moment that she hit her let go. She felt wave upon wave of pain until she hit the ground. Then she felt his hand on her stomach and this pain was the worst. This paralysed her as her whole body fell limp. Her head fell to see them both walking to the dead sasquatch and helpless but to see them take what they needed before all went black…
