Weather Incarnates The Villages Gods
Part Two
Into The Village
The Weather Incarnates all stood together miles from the village but
close enough to gaze at it. Weather was quickly able to figure out
that using the tunnel that Snow escaped from would be useless for
they would have found it and would have it guarded at all times, just
in the off chance that they would be dumb enough to use it. With this
in mind, she knew that they would have to find another way in, but
never truly ruled it out. This was how she came up with the plan to
get them all in but she knew she would have no other option but to
use the tunnel. This also led her to decide that the best way that
they would be able to use the tunnel was if the village were in the
frame of mind to make mistakes.
Snow looked at the village that she had grown up in. She had often
wondered what it would have been like to live amongst the people and
to have friends there. She also wondered at what age she would have
started to become indoctrinated into thinking that those aliens were
gods. Part of her wished that she did not have to return to do what
she knew that she had to, for that part wished to live a normal life,
but if anything that the deaths of her adopted parents, Weathers
biological parents, had taught her was that that would have been
impossible. Returning here was inevitable. As she glanced at Storm it
was all too clear that, in her own aggressive way, she was thinking
the same.
When the sun showed up they all looked at Weather, who turned back
and nodded. They all circled the village, keeping the exact distance,
monitoring it from afar, looking for alternative ways to get in. When
none presented itself then knew that they would have to resort to the
first and more dangerous plan. They turned to each other making sure
to stand in a way that meant that they would all be looking over the
others back, making sure that they could not be sneaked up on.
“Snow, we shall need to be led to the tunnel that your father
forced you through.” she said. “However we shall also have to
collaborate our abilities to cause the perfect distraction.”
“C'mon girl! Do you have to use such long words? You know not all
of us know what those words even mean!” Sunny moaned.
“Then increase your vocabulary!” she snapped.
They then combined their powers, first they sent a message to the
Weatherless. Then, when they heard the screams Snow led them to the
tunnel. They ran knowing that their footsteps would be masked by the
sound of thunder. They soon came to the door. Storm looked at Sunny
and nodded as she sighed as she moved aside. Smiling Sunny closed her
eyes and soon the door melted and slid down revealing eight guards
with their guns pointed at them. That was then followed by a
thunderbolt. With a flash of light they were left out cold.
They took them out and Storm tested the tunnel to see if the
electricity was gone. Seeing that it was they crouched as they jogged
down the tunnel. They soon came to the other end of the tunnel. They
all moved to the side when Sunny came and soon the other slid soon
followed by a thunderbolt and they too were like the others.
Then they heard a chain of bullets coming from up the stairs. They
all looked at each other and quickly found a place to hide. They saw
a man at the top of the stairs as a woman ran down.
“Jen, do you honestly think that they'll be coming through that?”
he asked. Jen smiled.
“Yes, it's the only way into this village.”
“But do you think that they're that stupid?”
“No, I believe they're that smart.” she replied. “Plus we need
to get to them first before those aliens do. If not then they and we
are done for.”
That was when Weather had decided to reveal herself and motioned to
the others to do the same. They both looked at them and then at the
other with awe.
“Are- are you the Weather Incarnates?” she asked.
