The Weather Incarnates Black Weather
Part Six
Black Storm
Storm was doing her regular, irregular amount of sit ups and push
ups, partly because she wanted to be as ready as possible, but mainly
because during this time Sunny knew better than to interrupt her.
Sometimes she wondered whether or not the two were really related.
They were so different, and she was irritating to her, even though
she could never quite get it through her thick scull.
Then a bold bolt of black lightening interrupted her thoughts.
Knowing that this was going to be her fight, she wanted it to be hers
alone. In fact the corner of her lips curled upwards. She did not
want anyone to get in the way nor did she wish to be accompanied by
anyone to help her.
“I'm going, and don't come or interrupt me. This is my fight. I
will not be long.” she said as she left before anyone could do or
say anything.
She let herself be guided to the lowest point of the hill that the
cave was. She came to a lake with some wooden tables and chars that
were joined up and in a row, for people who wished to spend the day
here. She followed the lake to where a stony car park without the
lines where a boy stood, he could be no older than sixteen. He looked
like his siblings however his hair was all spiked up like hers and he
was wearing shades and a similar black shirt with sculls and dragons
on to hers, just in a bigger size.
Soon there was another strike of black lightening, which did not
bother her in the least, as she produced the exact same thing.
Finding it difficult to resist she produced her own lightening which
would have blinded anybody that was near by, however it did not blind
her nor did it him. Somehow both of their eyes were shielded. They
did this as they approached each other.
“Ready?” she asked. He dropped his shades and retuned her gaze
revealing that he had a monochrome version of her fluctuating eye
pattern. He nodded as he pulled out a dagger and went to strike her
throat only for it to meet a knife instead. He looked confused for a
moment which gave her a moment to push his dagger away from her
throat and to drive it away. She took this time to aim to dig it into
his side but her nose hit his raided knee, causing her head to fall
back. He drove the dagger back to her face only to be blocked again.
Again she pushed his blade out of the way as she followed it up with
a kick in the gut. This hit but with the cost of him catching her
thigh and then he griped it tighter.
He looked at her clearly knowing what he was about to do she threw
her blade to his. They both landed in the water. Storm looked back
seeing his smile her stomach dropped. A bolt of black lightening hit
her causing her to collapse by the pressure and pain. He then let go
and hit her with another stroke of his black lightening. She clenched
her jaw and it was not until the third strike that she did cry out as
she instinctively let her own strike him.
She jumped up knowing better than to wait for the pain to subside.
She looked back to see the black lightening which she blocked with
her own. There was another in front which she blocked again. Then
came two from opposite sides which she blocked. She then aimed to
strike him but he deflected it and she then ran to the water and
scooped it up and threw it at him. She Then struck him again and he
blocked it only to hit the water next to him causing him to light up
and reveal his skeleton.
He then flew back and hit a tree on the opposite side of the road.
She then saw the car from far away and her head spun to Black Storm
who was unmoving. Quickly assessing the situation she ran to where he
was and struck the aria before the car which caused the driver to
veer left and crashed into the trees. She then picked up the boy and
ran back to the cave.
W
Black Storm woke up, his mind was slightly hazy. Until he saw all of
his brothers and sisters beside him Black Cloud was holding tightly
to his hand. Black Storm smiled relieved.
They didn't kill them after all!
He felt tears begin to swell in his eyes. Black Snow turned back.
“He's awake and it looks like he's free just like us!” he called.
That was when Weather and the others came in.
“Good, I was worried that Storm dealt him a fatal blow.” she
said.
“Well that's like good!” exclaimed a girl that the Weatherless
seemed to have not known about. She had golden tint to her skin and
long bright blond hair with the eyes like the sun. She jogged over to
him and extended her hand to him. “I'm Sunny! That's Weather, Snow,
Cloud, Rain, Rainbow, Tornado and I believe that you've already met
the scary one Storm.”
“I can hear you you know and get away from him. He needs his space
Sunny.” she growled.
“Okay!” she put her hands up and then went to her and winked and
put her finger up. “And remember it's Aunty Sunny!”
She just glared at her and in looks could kill Sunny would be in
Heaven. Ducking slightly she stepped away form her niece. She let out
a huff.
Then Snow sat next to him and pressed her middle right finger to his
wrist and the other to his sisters. She smiled slightly as she picked
up a light and shone it in his eyes. Clearly she had her father's
medical knowledge which was surprising for he had always assumed that
she would have been only taught how to stay quiet and keep away from
being seen. Then Black Storm realised that that was not Doctor
Winter's way.
“You're defiantly his kid.” he said. “He's alive you know. He
was the one who made sure that we were alright after the
experiments.”
“What experiments?” Rainbow asked.
“The ones that made us like this.
The only reason that there isn't a Black Sunny or Black Weather is
because they never had
either of your DNA to examine.” Black Bow replied.
“And how did they make you into Weather Incarnates?” Weather
asked. “I mean there must have been some process that they put you
through to make you one of us.”
“Yes, they said something about using the DNA of all of the Weather
Incarnates. That they had gathered until they isolated how you became
Weather Incarnates. Also because they had one of you at the time,
they were able to examine how you are able to reincarnate and with
that they were able to isolate what it is about the soul that enables
you to retain your powers. Then by looking at the physical and the
non physical sides of things they were able to deduce how to make
their own. By injecting the purified content into our vanes they were
able to prove their theories right.” Black Storm explained.
“Yes and that was when they took us all to he pyramid castle that
they had. Then they put us to sleep and when we woke up we were taken
to our father and-” Black Rain's eyebrows pressed together as tears
built up in her eyes. “And-and-”
“Told us to kill him!” her twin finished off. This was when Black
Rain let her rain down her cheeks. Snow wrapped her arms around her
and let her weep.
“Which we did, but they told us to do it slowly so that he would
scream longer and louder so we obeyed. Then he told us to go to a
town where there were an American couple were in a hospital in a
coma. They looked a lot like you two, Rain and Cloud. It was all too
clear that they were recovering from a fatal injury that they had
sustained three quarters of a year ago. They then told us to kill
them and leave no witnesses-Why did they tell us to do that?!” she
cried. Black Snow, seeing that the girls were both sobbing too much
to continue he picked up.
“Then they told us to go into town and kill all of our friends, the
closest first, then they told us to go to our aunts and uncles and we
killed them. It was not until we had done all this did they tell us
what they had done. They told us that our names were no longer our
names and they all gave us the names that you know us by now.”
“They then told us that we were chosen to become your opposites, in
both race and gender and that was why we were chosen specifically,
because only ours had two black twin girls, and the rest black boys.
Those- those raciest beasts made sure that we knew that we were
slaves and reminded us that our ancestors were slaves. I HAIT THEM!”
Black Storm shouted.
“So do we.” Weather said calmly.
“And to answer your question Black Cloud, why they did it is
because they wanted to minimize the chances of us working together,
after all, how can we work with people that were responsible for the
murder of one of our owns parents?”
They looked at her shocked until Cloud and Rain clasped the hands of
the twins as they broke from Snow's embrace. They looked at them dead
in the eyes tears streamed down their faces.
“It was not your fault so we don't blame you.” they said and they
turned to the others. “We blame the Weatherless and the Weatherless
alone.”
“Well put, Rain and Cloud. And
exactly this time last year they killed, no butchered my
parents and that was their biggest mistake. For that means that I am
willing to work with anyone who is willing to put an end to them to
avenge him. So as far as I can see it they have given you something
to avenge too. So are you willing to help us?”
