 The Temptation  They all came to a cave. They looked left and right and saw that there was no end to the rock face. They looked up to see that there was no end at the top either. They looked at the mouth of the cave, with a sense of anger and dread. “Well? What are you waiting for? Get in there!” Wolfox growled. “But there’s no room for you!” Wolfox roared. “Yes, I know, girl! Clearly, Grasharlo does not want me interfering with this Dreamworld, or doing anything for that matter. So stop dawdling and get a move on!” Cerpheres chuckled. “Don’t like tight spaces, do we?” “Oh, don’t you dare start, boy!” Cerpheres chuckled and looked at him as if he was a cute animal. “Alright!” So the group walked in, leaving Wolfox behind. When they did, the first thing that Bash noticed was that the others had disappeared! The next thing that she noticed was her father standing in front of her in a room.  Dreamworld  The first thing that Bash saw was the black void that she thought was the sky. She sat up slowly and saw the purple grass that looked like it was glowing. She looked around to see Strena was already awake and curled up. She looked at her wrists and spotted that her cuffs were missing. Then Zaryb appeared next to her to see that his cuff was missing too. Then she noticed Cerpheres and Chashathrophogh were looking at her. Her eyes dropped to his wrist to see that his cuff was missing too! “We’re in a dream, aren’t we?” “It appears so.” “What!” Exclaimed Strena, she curled up tighter as she looked down, timid. “Does she-” Cerpheres and Zaryb looked at each other and chuckled. They both placed a hand on her head and chuckled mischievously. Both had a cheeky look on their faces, which was strange to see on Zaryb’s face. Cerpheres looked strange, his eyes were amber and his hair was not emerald. “I wouldn’t worry about that, my dear.” “We both took care of that.” “How?”...

 Grasharlo’s Spell  Bash looked at Strena as they traveled on. After being the target of so many people’s revenge, she must have been going through so much. She knew that the girl was a good fighter but she still needed motivation and guidance. She remembered what the strange voice had said. “Be a mother to her.” And now, she knew why. So she walked by the girl. “Do you think that you will be alright?” Strena looked down. “I don’t know. Tell me, do you think that I will ever be like Daddy, no, Dad?” “Given the right circumstances, yes. But I’m pretty certain that, here with us, you won’t.” She looked down and nodded. “It’s a bit like me and… Uncle Chashathrophogh.  The Power Of The Blades Strena sat by Cerpheres as he gave her a violin and bow. She placed the violin to her chin. “Not that way!” He sang as he corrected her posture. He then put the bow to the strings. “Now gently stroke the strings. If you do it too hard it’ll sound like you’re abusing a poor, poor cat!” She did but it still sounded like a screaming cat. The rest jumped and looked at them as he chuckled. “I told you to do it gently!” “I did!” She snapped. He chuckled as he wrapped himself around her and took hold of her hand. Then he gently guided it to stroke the strings with the correct gentleness. Soon it sounded something like a monotone tune. “Better. Now, do practice that!” He sang before kissing her cheek and letting go. She looked at the strings and practiced and practiced, even while they were walking, until she finally was able to get the hang of it.  The Scorned They soon set off the moment that Strena was ready to leave. Once they were on the move they were able to make a good amount of progress. They were able to get a good couple of miles in and that included food breaks. Once night fell, they were able to get some sleep. Yet Bash and Cerpheres stayed close to Strena. Mainly to help her get some sleep and stay asleep. The following day they were able to eat their breakfast. Strena, feeling slightly ill after the events of the day before, found it difficult to eat. However, out of fear of being force fed by Cerpheres, did her best to force as much food down her as she could. When it was in the middle of the morning, they approached a young man. He had green hair, blue eyes and, by his skin tone, was from Middeast. He wore long blue and red robes. He looked at Chashathrophogh, Zaryb and Cerpheres. He then closed his eyes as he took out a small silver fob watch from his pocket. “Who are you?” “Eahes Akumr of the Desert Planes....

 The Assassin The following day Strena looked down brooding as she looked at her reflection in the lake that they had set up camp next to. Looks like now that Grasharlo’s back from the dead, she’s been telling all those who hate dad who and even where I am. Guess that I am going to have to get used to the idea of being a target for the rest of my life. However long that is… She curled up as she let out a sigh before taking a sip of her tea.  The Target Of Revenge  They had been walking for just over three hours straight when a gang approached them. They were made up of five members and they were all from the Desert Planes, which Strena could deduce by the colour of their skin. Yet there was something about their eyes that Strena did not like. They were cold and harsh. When they looked at her, she knew they saw dirt. “Can I help you?” Asked Chashathrophogh, caught off guard. Or, at least, pretend to be. The one at the front laughed sheepishly.  “Yes, well, as you can tell, we’re all from the Desert Planes. My name is Rafreekah and they are my friends, Arbah, Rih, Rie and Arkinahra. We are currently traveling through your country to explore it. Yet we all do not know the native tongue yet.  The Inn Strena put her quill down. She took a quick glance at Chashathrophogh to see if he was still asleep. She let out a slight sigh of relief as she could. Then turned back at what she had just written and quickly used her magic to dry the ink before she put her journal away. Then she was about to smile. “Sooo, was that magic there?” Purred a voice that was far too close to her ear.  The Journal Entry 4th Thursday Jule  515 years after the 5th Age Of Legends For the past three days we have been traveling with Bash and Chashathrophogh and the strange man Cerpheres, we decided to go to Lillisea and travelled a far distance where we were forced to go into a giant labyrinth. There we were, tediously, tested and had to fight a minotaur, a fury, a manticor and, as bizarrely enough, strange demon bunnies. Honestly, where did she get that idea from. Yet, I would not have believed it as I was asleep for that last one. However, I can tell that Chashathrophogh is only the type to jest at the right moment and not about serious things such as this. Yet it was not just fighting that we had to do. We had, as I have written about, the tedious tests to do too. I don’t know what the others had but mine was to test my magical potential.  Exit “Ehat does that mean?” Purred Cerpheres. He looked at him with a deathly anger. Suddenly Bash remembered the day that she met him. His eyes were just as cold and filled with the same kind of malice. Something told her that, whatever happened, had reawoken that very same evil. “Never ask that again!” He shrugged as they walked on and, as they did, he looked at Bash. His face relaxed. He smiled as the tension started to fade. “My dear niece. After all of this is over, I would like you to look into the bastards that I killed. Sure I did once want to kill you but…” Bash looked down and nodded. “I know, but do your best to keep your eye on what we are planning on doing, and don’t lose your focus my dear Uncle.” They turned a corner and that led to the exit.  The Test They walked on and on and came to what looked like an opening.  The Mind Battle  They walked on. The only one that seemed refreshed was Strena, yet the others were feeling the tiredness of the all nighter of fights. Bash yawned the most as they walked on. She soon spotted a woman ahead of her. She was dressed in all black. As she came closer she recognizes the woman as her mother! “What are you doing here?” She asked as her mind rushed, trying to find the answer. Then her mother dived at her. She fell to the ground and then she felt her arm around her throat! She looked up at her in horror. She looked up at her mother’s eyes. She saw that they were empty and there was a hollowness about them. Almost like she was looking into a doll’s glass eyes. Yet she had no time to think or chance to address that as she could feel her hand crushing her throat! Then she heard Strena scream. She looked to the side of her.  Night In The Labyrinth  They walked on and on making sure that each step was marked and made carefully. They had even started peek down every turn to make sure it did not lead to a dead end. Yet as each hour went by, the day became darker and darker. Then they started to hear the hoot of an owl along with other creatures of the night. Soon it was night and all of them felt tired and weary. They needed sleep so they set up camp once they could no longer resist the urge to sleep. Yet for some reason Bash had a bad feeling about this. She looked to Chashathrophogh. It was all too clear that he had one too. So she lay down to rest, as she was far too sleepy to heed the warning of her gut. So they were all about to go to sleep when they heard a high pitched cry. Their eyes opened as they saw a bird-like creature dive down. Yet, upon a closer inspection, the bird had the form of a woman with reddish purple hair and golden eyes.
