Part One Snow In a remote village in the countryside somewhere off the beaten track in Britain that went by the name of Antiwetter, was a hidden girl. Her eyes, hair and skin was all white, right down to her lips almost making it difficult to see where each began and the other ended. She always knew that she should keep hidden but was never told why, not even her ants and uncles knew of her existence. None knew that she was even born, even her mother's death, giving birth to her was kept hidden and her father told everyone she died giving birth to a still born. The reason that she was being hidden from the world was because this village had gods, the Weatherless, who were looking for her. They knew that she was going to be born in that village, even-though they did not know to who or where.
